Christmas already? This year has flown by and with each year I’m getting worse at getting all my gifts ticked off in plenty of time before the big day. One thing that makes the shopping process easier though is what I give is heavily influenced by what I’d love to receive. Here’s a few of my favourites which would go down a treat.
1. Code 8 Glazé Lip Lacquer in West Village £28
Lip colours are my absolute favourite types of products when it comes to beauty so I love giving them as a gift. The formula of the Code8 Glazé Lip Lacquer is super rich and produces beautiful glossy colour. It’s so pigmented it works across a range of skintones and you can dial it up from a light lacquer to a bold payoff.
2. Origins Body Souffle Trio Set £25
I’m obsessed with smooth skin so I love using body butters and the Origins Body Souffle is a new discovery. These smell heavenly and they are so thick and creamy that they keep the skin buttery soft. These definitely make a great stocking-filler this Christmas.
3. LEONOR GREYL PARIS Huile de Leonor Greyl £31
I love to indulge in hot oil treatments often over the Christmas period as the cold weather can take a toll on my hair. This rose-scented oil can be used for different hair types but it’s the ideal pre-shampoo treatment for dry or damaged hair as it’s made with natural oils including coconut, mongongo and jojoba.
4. Herbivore Self Love Facial £46
This is the ultimate indulgence for a DIY facial at home! Herbivore is known for creating products with a high concentration of natural ingredients and they deliver on results. Use them all together or individually for a real pamper session! There’s a Gua massage tool included too which is great for stimulating blood flow for glowing skin.
5. Fresh Radiance Romance Gift Set £55
Fresh is another of my favourite brands for natural skincare which still packs a punch when it comes to results. The Lotus collection has been a lifesaver when my skin is acting up so this is an ideal gift for anyone who’s skin needs soothing. The mask and moisturisers together leave skin feeling so much calmer, brighter and moisturised.
6. Yves Saint Laurent Libre 30ml £58
I’m obsessed with citrus and floral perfumes so Libre, the latest offering from YSL, was an instant favourite. It combines orange blossom and lavender (usually reserved for masculine perfumes) for an androgynous floral scent. The luxe bottle with gold detailing is a great addition to any beauty table.
7. Daisy London Aphrodite Necklace £79
I’m really picky with jewellery as I like quite minimalist designs and Daisy London creates lots of beautiful pieces which would make a really special Christmas gift. The Aphrodite necklace in particular really celebrates the female form and £10 of the purchase of the necklace is donated to Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust.
8. Slip Travel Set £119
Indulgent but this mulberry hypoallergenic silk duo is perfect for home and travel. I take this set with me a lot when I’m going away and it’s so good for both the skin and hair. Silk doesn’t absorb moisture like cotton does so I know any products I’ve put on my skin or in my hair won’t be removed whilst I’m sleeping.
