To qualify for the free shipping there is a minimum order value that needs to be met. The minimum order value varies according to the delivery address but typically we provide free shipping for orders over £40 in the UK and $100 in the USA.


We have temporarily paused shipping services to certain international regions and currently only deliver to:

  • All of the UK (including Ireland)
  • Channel Islands
  • USA 

Due to changes in VAT regulations in the EU, we have decided to pause dispatches to Europe until our European warehouse is in place. We are working tirelessly to ensure this disruption is as brief as possible.

We hope you love your Code8 products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to know about it. To make a return, we have allowed 30 days, from date of purchase, to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Before you return your item to us, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address;
  • The order number or till receipt number, as proof of purchase;
  • The item description you wish to return;
  • The reason you wish to return the item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service as we will not be liable for refunds of items that do not arrive at our offices in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Finally, this policy is for customers who purchase directly from Codeeight.com website or one of our own retail shops. If you purchased your products from one of our stockists, please contact them to learn about their exchange or refund policies.

When you subscribe to recieve Code8 newsletters you will receive a welcome offer of 15% off your first order with us. This offer is reserved especially for you in the form of a discount code which you are to apply at the point of checkout. If you lost or didn't receive the discount code email, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected].

Discount and gift voucher codes do not work in conjunction with already marked down items within our website. The codes are also not applicable to be used in our london store or wholesale partners (such as Fenwick, NetaPorter or Bloomingdales).

All the prices shown on the www.codeeight.com website are inclusive of VAT and any other tax payable by the consumer. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are normally calculated at checkout in accordance with the shipping address.

VAT is not applicable to sales outside the UK & EU. Although all the prices are shown inclusive of the VAT charge, people who buy and get their goods shipped to a destination beyond UK & EU territories will not have to pay VAT. The amount of VAT will be automatically removed from the total amount payable after confirming the destination address of the goods in the checkout process.

If you’ve already made an appointment with us and you wish to amend, cancel, or have another enquiry, then you can email directly our Bookings Team at [email protected]

If you have recently run out of your Code8 bespoke made/special shade lipstick, there is no need to panic. Whether you are within travelling distance to our London store or live hundreds of miles away, we can get your favourite lipstick right back where it belongs - in your handbag. All you need to do is send an enquiry to our customer service team on [email protected].

Please remember to specify your full name, date of purchase and, if available, shade name & ID supplied when the shade was made for you. We will then send you a link to a page where you can place your replacement order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product in your order please notify us within 3 days of receipt of delivery, we will then make arrangements to replace the item. Under these circumstances, please email [email protected] and advise our team of the particular problem you encountered with the product or delivery package together with your full name, email address and the order number or till receipt number, as proof of purchase.

Physical gift cards are currently not available for purchase on the Code8 website or at our London store.

E-gift cards are however available to buy online via codeeight.com but at section of our website is currently under-construction while we work to improve the experience before the festive period. E-gift cards will be up and running again from end of October 2022.
