Where can I buy Code8 products?

Code8 products can be purchased both online and offline, directly from the Brand Store locations as well as from retailer partners. You can shop online at the following websites:

Do Code8 offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. To qualify for the free shipping there is a minimum order value that needs to be met. The minimum order value varies according to the delivery address. More information on free shipping can be found here.

Where can Code8 products be shipped to?

We offer worldwide shipping services. You can find more information about the shipping destinations and related charges here.

Can I buy Code8 gift cards online?

No, sadly gift cards are currently not available for purchase on the Code8 website.

Is VAT included in Code8's sale price?

Yes, it is. All the prices shown on website are inclusive of VAT and any other tax payable by the consumer. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are normally calculated at checkout in accordance with the shipping address.

I am buying Code8 products from outside the EU. Will I still be charged for VAT?

No, VAT is not applicable to sales outside the EU. Although all the prices are shown inclusive of the VAT charge, people who buy and get their goods shipped to a destination beyond EU territories will not have to pay VAT. The amount of VAT will be automatically removed from the total amount payable after confirming the destination address of the goods in the checkout process.

What are Code8 Special Shade & Code8 Limited Edition?

From time to time our Colour Maestro creates special shades inspired by specific events, occasions and also in collaboration with VIPs, notorious people and Code8's special guests. We make such creations available for purchase in a limited number or in a Special Promotion. That’s how they become our Code8 Specials / Limited Edition shades.

I ran out of my Code8 bespoke/special shade lipstick and wish to re-order it. What should I do?

If you have recently run out of your Code8 bespoke made/special shade lipstick, there is no need to panic. Whether you are within travelling distance to our London store or live hundreds of miles away, we can get your favourite lipstick right back where it belongs - in your handbag. All you need to do is send an enquiry to our customer service team on [email protected] or via our contact page.

Please remember to specify your full name, date of purchase and, if available, shade name & ID supplied when the shade was made for you. We will then send you a link to a page where you can place your replacement order.

What to do with a faulty product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product in your order please notify us within 3 days of receipt of delivery, we will then make arrangements to replace the item. Under these circumstances, please email [email protected] and advise our team of the particular problem you encountered with the product or delivery package together with your full name,  email address and the order number or till receipt number, as proof of purchase.

I lost my Code8 welcome offer discount code. What should I do?

When you subscribe to the Code8 newsletter you automatically receive a welcome offer reserved especially for you in the form of a discount code. If you lost or didn't receive the discount code email, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can contact us here.

Who should I contact for Code8's booking and appointment related enquiries?

Are Code8 products vegan?

Not all Code8 products are vegan friendly. You can find a selection of vegan-friendly makeup items here.

Some products of the Code8 range are not suitable for vegans due to the presence of Bees Wax in their ingredient list.

Are Code8 products cruelty-free and not tested on animals?

Code8 products are manufactured in accordance to the Cosmetic Directive of the European Commission of 2013 which makes animal testing prohibited. You can read more about the ban on animal testing here.

Are Code8 products suitable for older women?

Of course, Code8’s products are suitable for women of all ages. We believe in simplifying makeup for every woman allowing her more time to relax and enjoy life. You can find some useful tutorials for applying makeup to slightly more mature skin here.
